What is Kettlercise?


Kettlercise is a fun and challenging exercise class, incorporating 37 Kettlebell exercises each performed for 1 minute.


It is the most effective Kettlebell fat burning workout….designed to shape and sculpt your body.

The class is easy to follow and is suitable for both men and women, and covers all levels from fitness beginner to advanced exerciser.


During the class, 37 Kettlebell exercises are performed ranging from basic moves to more advanced techniques, from high energy pulse raisers to placing extra emphasis on targeted muscle groups such as abs, glutes, arms and thighs.  The workout is designed to work every major and minor muscle group, giving you a complete body workout.


It is a great total body, calorie blitzing, fat blasting workout.
