What is Metafit?
The Metafit Bodyweight Training System aims to boost the metabolism and burn fat.
It’s a 30 minute workout, so will fit into any busy schedule.
The workout is based on the HIIT principle of training, and uses bodyweight exercises which target the largest muscle groups. The workout will push your muscles to fatigue and elevate the heart rate so that you carry on burning calories for 24 hours after the session.
