Personal Training

If your struggling to achieve the results you want, then a personal training session with SD Fitness will get you on the right track.


You may find it difficult to push yourself when training alone, that where I come in.  Each session will be designed around your goals, and I will provide the support, motivation and encouragement to help you achieve these goals.


I will create a workout plan for you to follow, which will be modified as often as necessary.  I will also provide you will Nutritional advise to ensure that you keep on track.


The New You is just around the corner, but remember it takes hard work and committment, and I will be there every step of the way to keep you focused.

£20 (Refunded if you choose me as your PT!) This includes a health and lifestyle evaluation. We will discuss your aims and goals, and set your mind at rest that you have chosen the right Personal Trainer!


1 x 1-2-1 PT Session per week £120 per month (£30 per session) - covers 4 sessions a month minimum 3 months


2 x 1-2-1 PT Sessions per week £200 per month (£25 per session) - covers 8 sessions a month minimum 3 months


Group TRX session (Max 5 People) £10 per person
